A bit of news from Aqusana. Quote: “The “new” AQ-4000s will all carry the UL Certification Marks, the new UL Approved Performance Data Sheet and Packaging Design. The UL Certification project began in October of 2003, almost 5 years ago! What is “Reverse Osmosis”

Reverse Osmosis is a water filtration method used to remove dissolved inorganic chemicals and suspended particulate matter from a water source. Water is pushed through a semi-permeable membrane that removes molecules larger than the pores of the membrane.
